Blocked from Membership area

Hi,

On receiving notice of the forthcoming election, I discovered that I am blocked from the Members' area. Could this be because I haven't paid a membership fee for this year, due to the lockdown? What can I do to remedy this? (One or two others are in a similar position, I've heard.)
